This Natural processed lot is the result of the hard work of members of CoopeTarrazú, located in Costa Rica’s Tarrazú region. The organization works with more than 4,000 farmer partners who cultivate coffee on farms between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level. The higher altitude and lower temperatures mean that the coffee fruit matures more slowly, creating a denser bean.
